Raleigh Park Community Association - Pets Within Raleigh Park
Raleigh Park Community Association would like to sincerely thank the vast majority of residents who are respecting the By-Laws whilst using the grounds to exercise dogs. We hope the parks will continue to provide enjoyment for everyone.
The Executive Committee has received a few reports that on several occasions cats have been allowed to roam onto other residents' properties. This can have a significant impact as they have at times wandered inside homes and private lots. Allergies and anaphylaxis are prevalent across our neighborhoods and a minor inconvenience for some could prove serious for others.
Please make every effort to keep cats contained within your own property so this does not affect others within the community.
Should you wish to contact the Executive Committee with any questions please email estatemanager@raleighpark.com.au

Raleigh Park Neighborhood Houses - Rubbish Bins
A letter-box drop was made to the houses where the red, yellow and green garbage bins were clearly visible from outside the Lot. This is a direct breach of the following By-Law:
By-Law 40.1 Rubbish and Waste Material
The proprietor or occupier of a Lot must keep any garbage bins on the Lot secure and hidden from view from outside the Lot so that it does not emit odors
It has been pleasing that a number of residents complied with this letter and have put bins in their garages or at the side of the house or behind a screen.
The Community Association is particularly concerned with the visual impact of the bins. We want to maintain the best possible streets-cape as this is an important part of maintaining the overall quality of the Estate. There are still a large number of bins in view.
We thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Raleigh Park Community Association - Racquet Club Swimming Pool Incident
As you maybe aware, an incident has taken place at the Racquet Club Swimming Pool involving a young child. We wish to advise and reassure you that the incident has been investigated by the police and no issues or defects were found. The police have now closed the case, deeming it an accident.
We also wish to remind all parents that children under the age of 12 years must be supervised at all times when they are in the pool, because as the sign at the pool indicates, there is no lifeguard.
