Raleigh Park Community Association Shared Facilities - COVID19
Residents and members of the public are advised that the following changes have been made to the shared facilities at Raleigh Park Community Association as per NSW Government protocols:
Racquet Club & Sherwood Swimming Pool Heating has been switched off for the Winter Months. No more than 10 persons at a time can use the swimming pools & spas. BBQ areas can be booked yet there is a maximum of 20 persons participating. Raleigh Park Community Hall can be hired with a maximum of 37 persons attending and strict social distancing & 1 person per 4 square metre rules to be applied. Hand Sanitizer & Face Masks are to be made available and a COVID-19 Deep Clean is required immediately after Hall Hire. Basin Reserve Children's Playground is open for use with social distancing protocols to be followed and Hand Sanitizer to be used before and after using playground equipment. Community Association Toilet Facilities are only to be used by those residents booking to play on Tennis Courts and hiring the Community Hall.
Raleigh Park Tennis Courts will remain open to play including doubles play. Strict Social Distancing is required to be followed.

Raleigh Park Community Association - Swimming Pool & Spa Heating Switched Off
CA Estate Management would like to advise that the heating has been switched off to the Racquet Club & Sherwood Swimming Pools & Spas for the winter months. Furthermore, Sherwood Swimming Pool will be drained from Monday 31st May until further notice for required repair works.

Raleigh Park Neighbourhood Houses - Foxtel Signal
CA Estate Management would like to inform all Neighborhood House owners, the Foxtel signal will be switched off in the near future. To receive Foxtel Services a satellite dish will be required to be installed. All applications to install a satellite dish is to be sent to Estate Management at firstname.lastname@example.org

Raleigh Park Tennis Court Lighting - Augrid Power Interruption
CA Estate Management would like to inform all Raleigh Park residents that Augrid will be carrying out essential upgrade and maintenance work on the local Electricity Network. Power interruptions will only affect the Raleigh Park Tennis Court Lighting & Menzies Building. The upgrade and maintenance works have been planned to start at 2pm Friday 23rd July and finish 5pm Saturday 24th July.
