Notice: As of the end of February 2026, the BookingBug platform is no longer available. We have now moved
to Calenso, our new booking system. Each resident has a unique personal booking link. If you have not
received yours, please email [email protected] to request access.
Tennis Courts BOOKING RULES:
   * Hours of play are from 7am to 10pm
   * Bookings open 8 days in advance from current time.
  * Bookings can be made in half hour slots up to 2 hours.
A maximum booking of 2 hours per day is allowed.
  * Click on the time you want to play and follow the prompts.
If the time is not showing it has been taken
* Bookings must be cancelled if you are unable to play
TENNIS COURT RULES:
  When a court is in use the person whose name it is booked
a. must be present
b. is responsible for the behaviour and actions of the people using same
c. ensure that no rubbish remains on the court
d. report any damage to the community association Alcohol, glassware and lighted cigarettes are not
to be taken on to the court. Persons booking or using the courts may be required by the Community
Association and/or Security to produce satisfactory identification.
Players may use the car parking spaces which are beside the courts and Community Hall/Pool
Building. These are signposted for use by tennis players. Players must not use any of the spaces
opposite in the Turnberry Visitors Car Park. The Community Association and Security have power
to remove people from the courts and/or suspend their playing rights for breach of the above rules.

Basin Reserve (Largest open area and able to be seen from the main entrance on Todman Avenue)
Link Park (Located in the middle of The Serpentine)

Roads & Parking

Even though Raleigh Park is a private estate, the roads within Raleigh Park are owned, maintained and patrolled by Randwick City Council. There are parking signs throughout Raleigh Park to ensure smooth traffic flow and congestion free roads. Each strata Block has its own visitors' car parking area.

Swimming Pools

Raleigh Park Community Association has two swimming pools and spas, with BBQ facilities for the use of residents of the Neighbourhoods and the Sherwood Apartments. The swimming pools and spas are located at

Racquet Club 2 Black Lion Place and
Sherwood Apartments 33-59 Brompton Road.

The BBQ area may be reserved through Security.

Community Hall

Address: 2 Black Lion Place
The Community Hall is opposite the Tennis Courts. It has kitchen & disabled toilet facilities.
Hours of Operation Monday - Sunday .

08:00am-12:00midnight,
1pm-5pm &
6pm-10pm.

Playground
